Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what Rebar Weight Calculator (bingemind.com/rebar-weight-calculator) collects and why.

What the tool does with your input

The tool runs in your browser. We do not send what you type to our servers. The calculator saves your lines in your own browser (local storage) so they are there when you come back.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect names or email addresses, unless you email us. If you do, we use your address only to reply.

Analytics and ads

The site does not use analytics or ads today. If we add Google Analytics or Google AdSense, we will update this page first. Those services set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view. Learn how Google uses data in its "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page.

When ads are on, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. Where the law requires it, consent is shown through Google's consent message, and you can change your choice there. You can also opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.

Your browser's local storage

The site saves your takeoff lines and your light or dark theme choice in your browser. This stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Write to bingemind.com/#contact.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest update.
