What it does

Feeding a starter means doing the same small sum each time. The tool does it for any ratio, hydration and flour mix.

How it works

The calculator runs in your browser. We do not ask you to create an account. Your last settings stay on your own device so they are ready next time.

The peak time is a rough guide. It uses the feeding ratio and your kitchen temperature. Real starters differ, so watch your jar.
