This policy explains what data bingemind.com and its free online tools collect, why, and what choices you have.
Who we are
Bingemind is an AI automation agency based in Lucknow, India. It also publishes free online tools at bingemind.com/tools/. This policy covers the agency home page, the tools, and every other page on bingemind.com.
What the tools do with your input
The tools run in your browser. What you type, paste or choose stays on your device. We do not send it to our servers. We do not ask you to create an account.
Some tools save settings in your browser's local storage, for example your theme, your language or your last values. This data stays on your device. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Data we collect
- Usage data. When you visit, standard technical data is processed: your IP address, browser, device, the page you view and the time. See the next section.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us by email (hello@bingemind.com) or by WhatsApp, we receive your message and your contact details. We use them only to reply and to deliver the service you ask for.
We do not sell your personal data.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address, browser, device and pages viewed. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Google AdSense and other ad partners
We may show ads from Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site and to other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and to other sites on the internet.

Your consent
Where the law requires consent, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google shows its own consent message when ads or analytics are on. You choose there which cookies to allow. You can change your choice through the same message, in your browser settings, or by clearing cookies for this site.
Google Fonts
The agency home page loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and GitHub. Those services have their own privacy policies. We do not control them.
How long we keep data
We keep messages only as long as we need them to answer you or to deliver a service you asked for. Analytics and advertising data stays with the provider, under its own retention settings.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw consent. This can include rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the GDPR and the UK GDPR. Write to us and we will answer.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest update.
