About

Image to PDF is a free tool that turns images into a PDF. It takes JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, GIF and BMP files, screenshots from the clipboard, and existing PDFs that you want to add pages to.

Who it is for

Anyone who has to send pictures as one PDF: office workers with scanned forms and receipts, students with photos of homework, renters and job seekers with ID and pay stubs, and support teams with screenshots. It works on a phone or a computer.

How to use it

Add images with Choose images, by dropping them on the page, or by pasting with Ctrl+V. Put the pages in order, rotate any that are sideways, and pick the page size, margin and quality. Then press Download PDF.

How it works

Everything happens in your browser, in a background worker, so the page stays quick. Your images and PDFs are not sent to a server, and we do not ask you to create an account. The tool removes location and camera data from photos before it puts them in the PDF. It saves your settings, such as the page size, on your own device. It does not save your files.

The HEIC photo reader is open source software under the GNU LGPL. Read its license and notice.
